The Wig Builder lets you configure a custom wig by selecting options such as length, cap size, color tier, cut, style, and bangs, and by uploading inspiration photos. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with, disrupt, copy, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you enter, including your name, contact details, shipping information, and every customization choice you make. Wigs are built to the specifications you select, so please measure carefully and review your selections before completing checkout. We cannot be responsible for a result that reflects an incorrect selection or measurement provided by you.

Every wig is custom-made to order after your payment is confirmed. Because production begins after confirmation, custom wig orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once submitted. See our Custom Order & Refund Policy for full details.

Prices shown in the Wig Builder reflect your current selections and are payable in full at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify and its supported payment providers, including Shop Pay Installments where available. An order is not accepted into production until payment has been successfully completed. We may correct pricing errors and may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment problems, unavailable materials, or an order we cannot reasonably fulfill. If we cancel before production, any amount collected for that order is refunded.

Product photographs, gallery images, and on-screen colors are for illustration. Screens, lighting, and camera settings vary, so the color you see on your device may differ from the finished wig. Coloring, cutting, and styling are hand-done, artisan processes, and the natural variation of human hair means reasonable variation in color, tone, placement, texture, and styling should be expected. Inspiration photos are used as a guide; exact duplication of another stylist's or artist's work cannot be guaranteed.

The website content, photographs, branding, logos, graphics, text, layouts, and other original materials are owned by Babey Wig Bar or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, redistributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of technical issues. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Babey Wig Bar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from a delay or interruption in service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

We rely on third-party providers to operate, including Shopify for checkout and order management, payment providers, hosting and database providers, and email providers. Their own terms and policies apply to the services they provide, and we are not responsible for their systems or outages.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the place where Babey Wig Bar operates, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction. If you need this stated for a specific legal purpose, contact us and we will confirm it in writing.
