Custom Wig Policy
Made-to-Order Production
Every wig is custom-made to your exact specifications after your order is placed. Because production begins immediately, all custom wig orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once submitted.
Processing Time
Please allow 16–21 business days for processing prior to shipment. This timeframe begins after your order and payment are confirmed, not at the time of submission. Rush orders are not currently available.
Color Matching Disclaimer
Inspiration photos are used as a guide to help us understand your desired look. While we strive to create as close a match as possible, hair coloring is a hand-done, artisan process, and exact duplication of another stylist's or artist's work cannot be guaranteed. Lighting, monitor settings, and the natural variation of human hair may also affect final color appearance.
Sizing
Please select your cap size carefully based on the guidance provided. Custom wigs are built to the selected cap size and cannot be resized after production without an additional service fee (if applicable).
