Shipping

All orders are shipped once processing is complete (16–21 business days from order confirmation). At checkout, you can choose Free Standard Shipping or Express Shipping ($30, 1–2 business days). Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Returns

Because every wig is custom-made to your exact specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your selections carefully, including length, cap size, cut, style, and color tier, before completing checkout.
