Custom Order & Refund Policy

Your wig is built exactly as configured, so please double-check each choice before paying:

• Length
• Cap size — measure your head circumference first; medium is our most common size
• Color tier
• Cut
• Styling
• Curtain bangs (optional)
• Any other customization options shown at the time of your order

Inspiration photos are used as a guide to help us understand the look you want. We work to get as close as possible, but exact duplication of another stylist's or artist's work cannot be guaranteed. Clear, well-lit photos of the finished look you want give the best result.

Coloring, cutting, and styling are hand-done, artisan processes. Reasonable variation in color, tone, placement, texture, styling, and overall appearance should be expected. Lighting, monitor settings, and the natural variation of human hair also affect how the final color looks. All wigs are constructed using straight, high-quality, premium virgin hair with a middle part, customized, styled, and fully ready to wear — no glue needed.

Custom wigs are built to the cap size you select and cannot be resized after production without an additional service fee, if such a service is available for your order.

Production begins after your order and payment are confirmed. If you need to correct something, email us immediately with your Shopify order number. We will make a change only if work on your wig has not yet started; once production begins, modifications are no longer possible.

Because every wig is custom-made to your exact specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This includes orders affected by an incorrect measurement or an incorrect selection made at checkout.

If your item arrives defective, or if we sent something that does not match the specifications you confirmed, that is on us — contact us as soon as you receive your order, with photos and your Shopify order number, and we will make it right through a repair, remake, or refund as appropriate.
